Tax Rate per Geo Zone
This document describes how to set up tax rates that apply only to specific locations as occurs in the USA. In addition the tax rate is not applied until checkout and shows correctly on the invoice and admin order list. The only place where it does not show correctly is the customer account order list. The base prices of products in the catalog are displayed correctly without tax. As are the Cart subtotals.
