XHTML Upgrade Package for OpenCart 0.7.7

Description
This package provides updated files for the OpenCart Version 0.7.7 software. You can override your originally installed files with the ones from the 'upload' directory of this package.

By applying these changes, Opencart 0.7.7, with the exception of the 3rd party Javascript FCK Editor, will become compliant with the W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional standard.

Main changes include:

- Updated DOCTYPE and other fixes in the *.tpl files
- Updated script in 'library/environment/reponse.php' now makes sure that:
- All stand-alone '&' are converted into '&', except within -sections
- All -elements are moved to the -section
- Changed HTML-attributes:
- ' selected' ==> ' selected="selected"'
- ' checked' ==> ' checked="checked"'
- ' disabled' ==> ' disabled="disabled"'
- '
