Help with Err_Too_Many_Redirects

Hi, guys.
Just got this ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS on my store. Can't even connect to admin.
I didn't install or changed anything.

Searched a lot of different pages and foruns and nothing helped so far. Most of them treated the error as a htaccess issue, but I'm not sure.

Here is how my htaccess is:

Well, after 3 days of unsuccessful trials on htaccess and config php, the only option left was to restore a backup... and that solved!
