Its focus is mobile first (responsive) design utilising the latest web design techniques. It combines LESS CSS, HTML5 and cool Javascript to create a framework that has taken the theme's marketplace by storm.

Great lengths have been taken to build in almost every feature of Bootstrap 3 into OC Bootstrap. Every theme file has been edited to accommodate Bootstrap code. You will not be disappointed with this theme!
