I have now added a work around for special delivery as a postage option for UK Stores, if you want special delivery as a delivery option and cant wait for the next release of opencart then you can use this to add special delivery as a delivery option to your store.

All i have done is removed the "Airmail" shipping option and added Special Delivery in its place
all prices are updated to match today's rates, these can be change if you want to charge extra postage costs just alter the cost tables to your liking in catalog/model/shipping/royal_mail.php . it has been tested and confirmed working in 1.5.1 but should work with no errors on all 1.5 stores.

You will still have "Airsure", "International Signed" and "Surface" still Available to you if you send parcels overseas ....No UK mail is affected and are not over written.
