This Mod will create a page showing all products with limits per page and sorting as per OpenCart category pages.

* 1. Creates a page showing all products with limits per page and sorting as per OpenCart category pages
* 2. Adds an 'All Products' link to the header menu (can be disabled)
* 3. Adds an 'All Products' link to the category module (usually displayed on the left). (can be disabled)
* 4. Adds an 'All Products' link to the footer (can be disabled)
* 5. Adds a link to the Category related to the product in the product list in List view and Grid view.
* 6. Adds a link to the Brand/Manufacturer related to the product in the product list in List view and Grid view.
* 7. Adds a link to the front-end sitemap

To change the default sort order of products, edit catalog/controller/product/allproducts.php lines 13-16
