By default in OpenCart, you can disable the ability to view pricing for guest. However, the guest can add to cart and view pricing there. This simple, one file, vqmod requires users to login before they can Add to Cart. Thus, the public cannot view pricing without creating an account.
This has been tested only on OpenCart v1.5.2.1 and above.

This VQMod has only been tested on OpenCart v1.5.2.1 with the default template. To use, simply copy the require-login-to-add-to-cart.xml to your vqmod/xml directory.
