VQMOD REQUIRED FOR THIS MOD TO FUNCTION
Custom modification will be done if requested.
Without this extension, you would have to manually edit some core files! Ouch! and you wouldn't know how people found out about your site.
This extension will remove the need to do this, as all you will need to do is drag and drop to install, no files are overwritten, only new files are created but does require vQmod.

This extension adds a compulsory "how did you hear about us" field into the register page (and register on checkout) for the customer to fill in when creating an account
