This extension allows you to set shipping rates based on the GEO Zones. You can create as many different Geo Zone-based rates as you need.

To test Back end:

1. Goto System->Localization->Geo Zones
2. Insert a Geo zone.
3. Click Save
4. Goto Extensions->shipping->Zone Based Shipping
5. Click Edit and set the pricing for newly created GEO Zone.

To test Front end:

1. Add some products to cart.
2. Click on View Cart.
3. Click Estimate Shipping & Taxes.
4. Choose your Country & State as created in Geo Zone.
5. Click Get Quotes, it'll show the charges that apply to the particular zone.

INSTALLATION

Installing Geo Zone Shipping Module is quick & simple. Simply copy the two folders admin and catalog to root folder of your opencart installation. No files will be replaced, still i recommend to take a backup of the files. Now go to admin panel and install Zone Based Shipping in Shipping under Extensions Tab.

DON'T FORGET TO DISABLE OPENCART'S DEFAULT FLAT RATE SHIPPING.
