This extension will give you website an option to assign RTL or LTR (direction of language right to left or left to right) and will change the logo off your site according to the selected language.
it support VQMOD or without VQMOD.

opencart V1.5.2.X without VQMOD
Deatails for instalation
1. Copy or FTP directory (catalog and image) folders to your root directory.
It will replace one file (catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/header.tpl) clean file.
Please note if you have installed Arabic, Hebrew or Russian on you website and you want to keep them
DO NOT copy the language folder to your site.
2. Go to your admin page on your site.
a. Select .... System > Localisation > Language.
b. Select..... Insert and set language deatails for the languages Arabic, Hebrew or Russian.
For Arabic setup
Language Name: Arabic.
Code: ar.
Locale: ar.UTF-8,ar,ar,arabic
Image: sa.png. (or the name of your flag from directory image/flags/ .)
Directory: arabic.
Filename: arabic
Status: Enabled (if you want it to appear on your site)
For Hebrew setup
Language Name: Hebrew.
Code: ar.
Locale: he_IL,UTF-8,hebrew
Image: il.png.
Directory: hebrew.
Filename: hebrew
Status: Enabled (if you want it to appear on your site)
For Russian setup
Language Name: Russian.
Code: ru.
Locale: ru, ru_RU, ru_RU.UTF-8
Image: ru.png.
Directory: russian.
Filename: russian
Status: Enabled (if you want it to appear on your site)
To install NEW languages
First install you languages from admin pannel. (remember the Code of the languages).
Now go to directory image/data/logo AND create new logo call it logo_(code of your language).png
Example: logo_bg.png for Bulgarian LOGO.
Done!!!
Now go to your web page and test it.

Just upload the files, set languages in the admin pannel and you're done.
