Amazon Menu II is the Amazon.com Menu adapted for Opencart. Featuring its own image database, selectable category sections, keywords display, fully Left-to-Right / Right-to-Left, full store directory page and many other features. Lightweight custom jQuery script for fast animation, Category count and Amazon style menu header. Easy installation.

RELEASE NOTES:
- install will automatically create 3 new tables in your database (MyISAM, UTF8).
- install will add 2 new "model" files, named "sprites.php", 1 in "admin/model/catalog" and 1 in "catalog/model/catalog".
- install will add a new "amazonmenu" folder under "catalog/view/javascript/jquery/" to store all the necessary javascript files.
- jQuery must be called in your template's "header.tpl" for the menu to extend (Opencart default).
- 1 instance of Amazon Menu II per page/layout is recommended.
- Amazon Menu II only supports 1 image (sprite) per category flyout.
- flyout container Width is fixed but Height will resize automatically.
- Images (sprites) position is designed to overflow by 20 pixels at the Top and on the Side.

BROWSER COMPATIBILITY:
Amazon Menu II has been tested in the following browsers, Firefox, IE8/9/10, Safari, Chrome, and Opera.
IE8 will not render rounded corners, gradients and transparencies! good old IE :-).
All the others passed OK! Other browsers were not tested.

INSTALLATION:
1 - Unzip the downloaded file in the folder of your choice.
2 - Upload the files INSIDE the "upload" folder to your OpenCart root folder.
3 - In admin, go to "Extensions > Modules" and install the module, configure and use.

WEBMASTERS:
You can customise the appearance of the menu to match your site's theme by editing the Stylesheet located in: CATALOG / VIEW / JAVASCRIPT / JQUERY / AMAZONMENU / CSS /.
Corresponding images can be found in: CATALOG / VIEW / JAVASCRIPT / JQUERY / AMAZONMENU / CSS / IMAGES /.
Note that changing Stylesheet parameters like "margin" and "padding" can compromise the way the menu displays.

This file has been compressed in a ZIP format under Windows.
You can UNZIP it using ‘The unarchiver’ (see link below)

TRANSLATIONS:
This module has been designed for the default English language. To add other languages you will need to create extra language files under "catalog/language/." for frontend and "admin/language/." for backend. This is a very simple procedure but assistance can be provided if necessary.
