Show 3rd level categories in category module [OCmod]

Whenever the categories are shown in the top menu or the category structure in the left column (category module), Opencart only shows the main menus and its child categories, no deeper levels.
This mod will show 1 more level, the grand-childeren will be shown, both in the category module and the main menu. These are installed with a simple OCmod, you can install the seperately, they have their own OCmod, but you purchase them both in 1!
