For anyone who encounters the same problem, I disabled URL SEO in Admin, then emptied the url_alias table. After that I re-enabled URL SEO in Admin and used Deadcow SEO extension to re-do my SEOs. 
For the information pages I had to take them one by one and enter the SEO.
