Have you tried contacting Justin or support at hostjars for a small customisation? If all you are looking for a way to manipulate the category and the rest of that mod works for you, might be the best (and cheapest) route

Don't upgrade to old versions. Best to bite the bullet and go with the latest 3x version. Chances are your 1.5 mods won't work with 2x anyway. Even if the mods are still supported, with the amount of changes OC has gone through, many developers aren't upgrading older mods due to the time it takes to...

Problem is caused by a vQmod file that is modifying this file: admin/controller/sale/order.php
Try disabling recently installed extensions one at a time to find which one is causing the error then go back to the developer for support

Adwords conversion tracking is different to analytics conversion tracking. The out of the box solution from opencart won't give you either, you will need an extension to provide these features. Please see my signature link for mine
