I have the same issue, opencart support page (captcha code) also doesn't work.
It looks to be a generic bug, can someone contact opencart.com support? I have no idea what their email is

Hi there,
Does anyone know how I can pre-fill textarea text (with example-text/format) which is 'grey' (with css) but goes away when you click on the box (and comes back if you click out of it without any having done any input)
Opencart has to see the pre-filled text as an empty value.

I think, both designs are not good. It will be better to move left vertical menu bar to the header, because there is too much free space in the header, and with converting vertical menu to horizontal, we could win some space for the main block.
