Error when trying to save after using Theme Editor

I'm trying to add a small snippet of code to a page with theme editor.
when I try to save I get an error message (see attached)

Help I seem to have lost everything
My shop was created in opencart 3.0.2.0
I was in Settings - user group , I'm not sure what happened but opencart exited. All I'm left with is see the image attached.
How do I get everything back?
