Editing order confirmation and other email templates?
I've looked all over these forums and through the documentation and I can't find any info on editing any of the email templates that go out to customers for order confirmations, shipping confirmations, etc. I see there are a few extensions for this sort of thing but shouldn't this be standard functi...

Look under System > Settings > Your Store > Option Tab > scroll down to Checkout and look at: Order Status: Set the default order status when an order is processed. By default it is set to "Cancelled" which is bloody stupid (I mean really really dumb). Change this to "Processed" ...

A product that is only available to wholesale customers?
Is this possible? We'd like to offer a product, in this case a 10 unit Retailer Starter Package, to wholesale customers only. Ideally it would be limited to one per customer but this isn't essential functionality. I've added this package to my shop but I can't figure out if it's possible to only sho...

Is the coupon history bug fixed in 1.5.4.X? I'm running 1.5.3.1 and no coupon usages history is being generated, which I found out much to my horror when I went to try to run a report for company management today. This is not good.

Countries within GeoZones aren't sorted alphabetically and there's no way to sort the column alphabetically so instead they just appear in some random order. This is a friggin' nightmare to try to sort out everything other than the UK and European shipping zones... ie. The Rest of the World. Try man...

What happened with this!? I have a customer trying to order from the Isle of Man and he can't because it doesn't exist in the system, which is kind of ridiculous. Instead of arguing about it, have a look and see what Amazon and Ebay do and follow their lead. This needs resolving!

I would like very much to hard code pricing in multiple currencies per item instead of letting whatever the daily or manually set exchange rate is dictate the price differences. For example, with UK as default, I would set the pricing at: £18.95, €22.95, $29.95 Instead of what today's exchange rate ...
