The new UK mobile payment acceptance format goes live tomorrow. It's not really a new piece of software, it just uses bank transfers much like Barclays Pingit already does but allows users to complete the transaction with just a mobile number and password. You can see more here - I w...

Re: PAYM Mobile Payments Module

Thee are currently two Pingit extensions available, perhaps you could ask one of the developers to do it?

If you want something basic that would do the trick, just change the name to Paym from Pingit - that's what I'll probably do whilst I wait for adoption to take off.

Re: Amazon Payments

It isn't available on step 4 - only as a button on the cart page as it's a way of skipping through the process quicker so there would be no need use the steps - if that makes sense?

Anyone working on a extension?

It looks like Visa's new credit card wallet service could be a legitimate alternative to PayPal soon (and possibly better). I wondered if anyone has any plans to put an extension together for this? I'm very interested in using this as it starts to get bigger.

It seems to be all a little confusing to me (maybe i'm not reading it correctly). So, to clarify - is it possible at all for stores to accept payment via checkout/wallet at all after the November date?

SSL showing on /admin URL and not on site URL?

I've just followed the guidelines at this URL to enable my SSL at my opencart store, however the grey https only shows on the admin dashboard and not on the site - have I missed something? Is there something missing on the advice given on that site? Or is it just a case of taking some time to show? ...

Issues with store credit

Hello folks,

I have a customer who mistakenly had store credit added to their account rather than reward points. Even though it has been deleted from the database, when he goes to checkout it still automatically applies it - can someone please advise why this is?

Many thanks

Hi folks, I have two minor issues with the header - the search bar seems to have shifted due to a larger logo, and there appears to be two 'shopping cart' totals in the header. Two urgent issues - the checkout style keeps changing it's width constantly as you progress through the stages, and also th...

Re: Treadmills Home Use

It doesn't feel like there is much brand identity - rather an affiliate store.

They layout, etc seems fine but at the very least I would add a store logo and remove the top Amazon banner IMO.

Not bad at all. Maybe I would make the background texture a bit more subtile. The menu is a bit confusing , I would never guess Angry Daves is the products page, the brand menu is not very clear is a menu, what happens to this if you need to add a new brand ? I would echo the background comments. A...

Hi totalweb, Glad you like it and yes, it is my own template.
