Re: Poor image quality

the photos from the client are in ProPhoto RGB. I did a test on one and converted it to sRGB in Photoshop and then deleted and uploaded the image in the store. It seems to be better . - glad this solved your issue Please mark as SOLVED in the title. Hopefully I can batch change the color profile in...

Re: Poor image quality

Is the color space of the original Adobe RGB, instead save as sRGB. Any color space other than sRGB will have conversion issues when OpenCart resizes images. try saving in https://www.photopea.com/ if your unsure, but i have a feeling you will know. So it looks like all of the photos from the clien...

[SOLVED] Poor image quality

Hi All, For some reason all of our uploaded product images are 'dull'. This applies to the thumb image on the catalog page as well as the pop-up image. I've attached 3 images showing the original that was used for the upload as well as 2 of the size variants created by OC. Also, FWIW, I noticed that...

Can be done as custom work:
1. add a new column download_link to the oc_product table
2. if product option contains "digital" word
3. Modify the checkout success view to display the download link
Thank you. I'll see if I can implement that.

Re: Is OC suitable for photography sales?

Yes, the "Downloads" field is under the Links tab. The problem is that if the download is always a part of the product. That means if someone orders a 5x7 print, they will get the option to download a file as well. I'm trying to figure out a way to make the 3 things (5x7, 8x10, and downlo...

Re: Is OC suitable for photography sales?

I create an option called Print Size and configure it as a checkbox with 2 entries (5x7 and 8x10). Correct. But where does the download option come into play? I know I can add a downloadable file link on the Links tab, but then that would always apply to the product. I believe you can add a downloa...

Re: Is OC suitable for photography sales?

I have a photographer client who would like to sell his work. The goal is to have a 'product' (photo) and someone would be able to: a) purchase a print in 1 of 2 sizes, and b) purchase a digital file of the photo. They could order a, or b, or a + b. Would that be possible all from the same product?...

For web hosting: you can add all product options a, b, a+b.
For file hosting service: you can send large file to customer email.
So doing it this way, there would be no way to have the customer directly download the file after payment?

Assume each customer groups tier have different discount price,
You can assign different discount price to those customer groups.
That's exactly the problem. I want the same discount structure across all customer groups.

How to apply discount to multiple groups?

Hi All, We had created a product with a quality based discount structure. Some time later we added an extension that moved customers who had recently purchased into a different customer group. This was done for marketing purposes. I just realized that those customers who were moved no longer see the...

Hi
The position of discount price table under description
Is it coded in twig or input in admin description?
Both. The prices are input in admin, but I repositioned the table by editing the twig.
EDIT: I found out the problem -see previous post.

Re: Help - prices disappear when client logs in

Has your host added any server-side caching perhaps? I found it! As you can see from the screenshot, that product has a sliding discount price based on quantity. We also have an extension that moves customers to a different group once they have purchased a certain amount. (That's so we can do targe...

Re: error logs show samesite php constantly

I'm having the same issue as the OP, but in my case the samesite file was added by the authorize.net accept hosted module. I'm reaching out to the developer now. I'll post any response here.

Re: Invalid Token in front end

Check both your PHP and OpenCart error logs. The token probably related to the authorize.net payment extension. Put through some test orders and check your web browser's developer console for errors. I did find a few of these in the OC error log and I believe they would correspond to the timeframe ...
