Re: Unable to login -Please Help

So, godaddy has to reset the logs and it takes 24 hours to do this.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? Please? Anyone?

Monitor the server access logs while logging in and see what it outputs.
The latest access logs I can download are from Tues the 26th on godaddy hosting.

Is there a way to see them live?

Re: Pre-Move Advice from an old to a new server

Thanks so much for your reply victorj! The old server doesn't have cpanel, so I just exported my .sql backup through OC admin to u/l to the new server that I have a fresh install of OC on. Then uploaded it through phpmyadmin in my new server's cpanel after creating a new DB and user to test this met...

Re: Pre-Move Advice from an old to a new server

Many thanks for your suggestions IP_CAM. I prefer to be hands on. So, my development so far has been the following: I have installed OC on the new server and uploaded the database. Everything worked great. DUH! At first, I was trying the links on the menu and was getting a 404 error. Until I remembe...

Re: Coupon Code applying to category not listed

So, I just tried adding items from the categories that aren't attached to this Coupon and it works just as it should. It only bugs out when I have an item from an applicable coupon code category in the cart, then add an item from the categories that aren't attached to the coupon, and the coupon disc...

Coupon Code applying to category not listed

I just ran into an issue that's never happened before. Created my coupon, added the categories I want the coupon to apply to. The minimum is $100 bucks for the coupon to apply in only certain categories on the site. I just tested it and added a 95- dollar item, then on a lark I added a 7- dollar ite...

Re: Access to ADMIN when SEO's are active?

Trying to password protect your admin folder using cpanel (adding an .htaccess file under admin folder) makes you get "page not found" error. It may be solved by adding the following line into the .htaccess file in the admin folder. RewriteEngine Off This didn't work.... Sorry for bringin...

Re: .htaccess update unable to login Admin

I couldn't get it to work this morning for almost an hour, wondering what I was doing wrong.
So silly.... not enough coffee.

This post helped sleepyhead me to "remind" me to put quotes around my path.

Thanks, bigchill.
