First of all, your website is hosted on a web server, not name server, the latter is different and only serves as a name resolution to server-IP address. So have you your web server? Or have you changed the name server? Have you changed t...

Cloudflare
Not a good idea, tends to slow things down, despite it claims of being a CDN.

Re: What is the point of the system library Url class supporting multiple rewrites?

It's because you can have multiple rewrites. While a standard OpenCart only calls the addRewrite once, there are extensions which use extended SEO rewrite functionality, we have several of them on our sites, such as our CMS-blog. Therefore it's good that the rewrites are stored in an array.

Re: opencart extension to add a community like buddy presss or jomsocial.

Yours is more like a blog of which there are various ones on the OpenCart marketplace.

Bear in mind though that OpenCart primarily is a ecommerce software.

The '<' operator is perfectly valid, see https://twig.symfony.com/doc/3.x/templa ... omparisons

Something else must have gone wrong with your OpenCart site.

Yours is most likely an Internal Server 500 error in which case you should get the Apache error log entries for it with more details.

Re: Google rich snippets and Google search results

Google Rich Snippets are not part of a standard OpenCart, so you may have to get in with the author of whatever extension you use for it. Besides, you are not even using a proper web theme, most of your website consists of the Jorunal3 framework, so you should ask the Journal support for help, to fi...

It looks like you are using the Journal3 framework which isn't supported here, but they have their own support here . Your site is 80% non-Opencart. Having said that, you should check your SMTP settings. You can do a simple test using your Contact page which uses the same SMTP details, just to narro...

Didn't work.

Should .htaccess be located in /var/www/html/ or /var/www/html/shop/

Because my website is in a subdomain shop https://www.gwenllian-retail.com/shop
Your .htaccess file should be in /var/www/html/shop/, though I don't think that is the cause of the problem.
