Customer details are pre-filled

I have noticed that when I try to change a customer's account details through Admin, the details are always pre-filled with the default Admin details (see screenshot), apart from the phone number, which is the customer's correct phone number. These default details are also pre-filled in the Account ...

[SOLVED] Checkout module displaying extra blocks

Oh ok, I didn't realize that. When I update to OC3 I'll remember that, thanks.
Any idea on why I have started to get this issue with the Checkout and some other pages displaying the extra code for the Account module?
Thanks

Re: Checkout module displaying extra blocks

Ok I see. Yes when I made changes I should have saved them as a new theme. But as they were only styling changes, eg removing borders, changing colours, I thought it was too much hassle to save as a new theme. But those changes were made 1-2 years ago and the site has been working fine since the cha...

Re: Checkout module displaying extra blocks

I'm sorry I don't understand?
Under my Settings, the default theme is selected. I only changed a few style elements in the stylesheet.css. All other templates are the default. How can I revert to the default theme?

Re: Checkout module displaying extra blocks

Thanks for the reply. I am already using the default theme. I have just removed some of the borders and made some other style changes to the css, but it is the default OC 2.0.1.1 My Checkout odule is a custom extension, so I did try reverting to the default Checkout module, but the same thing happen...

[SOLVED] Checkout module displaying extra blocks

My checkout page has started to display two additional blocks. As shown on the screenshot below, the top two Account blocks should not be there. The Checkout and Cart page should begin where the Heading title Checkout is. I have not made any changes to the Checkout layout or added any new modules, a...

Re: My checkout page is messed up

Yes, that's what my hosting company also suggested- to get in touch with a web developer familiar with Opencart. Would you be able to offer any assistance?
Thanks

Re: Currency will not change and cache errors

Hi, Thanks for the reply and the solution. I've replaced the file with the link you sent, and will test my site over the next few days to see if it rectifies the issue. Hopefully it will work, because I have had to disable the Page Cache module on my site due to this issue :)

Re: My checkout page is messed up

Ok thanks for the reply. I have contacted my hosting company so hopefully they will be able to assist. I'm just puzzled because I have not made changes or added any new modules, but the OC pages are being changed.
So it is a server issue?

Re: Errors when refreshing modifications cache [SOLVED]

Hi Sorry I know this is an old post, but can you remember which .listing files you removed? I am getting the same errors and some other weird things are happening on my site. I moved hosting companies a few months back so I also think my issue is due to this. I have looked in my directories and ther...

I just noticed that my Cart and Checkout page have started to display additional blocks. I have not made any changes to the layout and it was working fine yesterday. It is showing the menu: Add to Cart, etc, twice. I don't know where or how the code has got there, when I check the Cart and Checkout ...

Re: Website hacked, please help- Opencart is vulnerable to attacks

I also provided a date and time I thought the code was added, the site restore was made and the website was fine for a few hours. But then it became infected again. I seem to have a nasty bit of malware- sucuri.net cleaned it up and it has come back again twice now. It stays clean for a few hours, t...

Remove malware from website

My website is infected with ad redirects. A restore to a previous version is not working. I am looking for someone to debug it please.

Would prefer someone in the UK, if only for easier communication.

Thanks

Re: Website hacked, please help

My hosting company is absolutely useless. My site was restored to an earlier version but when I checked it on Sucuri, the malware was still there. So I figured out the date and time the malicious code was added and asked for a restore to this date. After going back and forth with them for a day, the...

Re: Website hacked, please help

Fortunately my hosting company managed to restore the database to a previous version and now the website seems to be ok. Previously they only restored the files. I noticed in my control panel that a cron job had been added a few days ago and I think this was the issue. It was affecting the "ses...

Re: Website hacked, please help

Thank you for the reply. I have also added lots of extensions to my site and I do not want to remove those by mistake. A fresh install will not have these files. Any idea where the hacked files will be for this type of hack? Basically, every time a page is navigated to on the front end, it opens up ...

Website hacked, please help

My website has been hacked. Whenever a link is clicked both on the front end and admin panel, several ad popups open up in another page. I have contacted my hosting and they are not very helpful. They restored my site file to an earlier version (from yesterday), but the issue is still there. Other t...

I am hoping that someone can help to resolve an issue I have been having for a while. I am seeing errors related to the currency cache in my error log. I didn't think anything of them until a customer pointed out that they were unable to change the currency from GBP to USD. Whenever they tried to, t...
