Re: MISSING ORDER REPORT

You can just select "Missing Orders" from the order list filter - would that work?

Re: I think the site is attacked!

It's impossible to say without more information.

Perhaps you can post a link to the site?

Re: Regarding Opencart 2 API

jammax wrote:If i need to use the api for mobile app development, do i need to create a new API? or use the existing API
The only reason you'd need to create a new API is if you want your app to do something that requires something the current API can't provide.

Re: SSL / HTTPS reverts to regular HTTP after admin login

opencartkorn wrote:I have added HTTPS:// in both admin and store root config.php, what else is needed?
If you're sure you've added it correctly in config.php and /admin/config.php then it's probably your .htaccess file.

If you paste it here after blanking out any sensitive info we'll be able to tell ...

Re: Checkout not working

The checkout works for 95% of the time but sometimes the steps won't slide down/out. You're right, intermittent problems like this are the hardest to track down and fix. Have you ever seen the problem yourself? If so, what exactly did you do to create it? You need to find a way to be able to replic...

Re: Anyone Used LetsEncrypt?

If your host has and it really is a simple process then great, as far as I'm aware there's nothing wrong with the certificates they generate and they're as good as paid ones.

It's going to be pretty bad for SSL providers when cPanel includes it! Great for everyone else though.

Re: Anyone Used LetsEncrypt?

Yes, we've installed it and used it and it's good but ... "Let’s Encrypt automates away the pain" "no complicated configuration editing" https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/ It then requires pages of Linux commands to get it working. So yes it's good, it works and it's free, but no it's not simp...

Re: Changes to module search tags. Mod devs please READ!

I agree with one of the comments above that there should be a limit to the number of tags which would force developers to choose wisely. You could take a look at Google's lead on a couple of things - they started ignoring meta keywords many years ago, you could ignore tags and just search on the ext...

Re: Customers automatically logged in as a different custome

The shop had over 4000 products and it was getting WAY too big and cumbersome with my host and my version of OpenCart. Pretty much any version of OpenCart should be able to handle 4000 with ease, even with no caching extensions so it's likely the problem was either your host or a dodgy extension/cu...

Re: E-Mailed Report Request

The database itself is managed through Microsoft Access and is stored locally on my clients computer system. This is why they are looking to just receive an e-mail rather than an automated solution as the database isn't always available. It should be easy enough to have a scheduled task on your cli...

Re: E-Mailed Report Request

send an e-mail to the admin so that their membership database, which is separate from OpenCart, can be updated It should be easy enough to do this automatically without someone having to get an email and manually enter those in to the database. Get in touch and we can give you an estimate - it'd sa...
