if there's no pattern, it isn't possible to mass update. but here's a query to add it to a specific category

INSERT INTO oc_product_to_category SET product_id = '123', category_id = '456'

123 = your product id
456 = your category id

are the products grouped by their categories, or do you have the range of product IDs? If you have, you can mass update using SQL query.

For future users reference, you can put the codes into the Google Analytics module.

OpenCart 2.3 and above, Admin >> Extensions >> Analytics >> Google Analytics.

Paste the Javascript codes tawk provided, save the module and you are good to go.

if the issue is with time to first byte, consider getting a better server / host. If that's not the issue, and page is just loading too slowly, and products are already disabled anyway, just delete off those products.

Only companies / developers approved by OpenCart can sell their extensions. Hence, it would be better to get those paid ones. However, there are some paid developers that do not code well, so it's ultimately better to find an extension from a reputable company.
