There are some extensions that are not compatible with the OC versions that you are using,, I advise that before you install extensions, make sure that you take a look on its compatibility, cause there are many times that it cause problems in your shop.

You could use any of my fee/discount extensions to set up an automatic 10% discount for a certain customer group (i.e. logged in customers). If you didn't have any other criteria, you could set up a rate like: From: 0, To: 99999, Charge: -10% which extension do I use? i see a lot on the link you gave
