Do you have any extensions installed on your store? According to the above error message you provided, a VQ2 error event appears.

Then, the error you have posted above is not related with what you are reporting about. Either hit F12 or on a laptop: FN + F12 to load the developers tools on your browser. Retry the cart event again and notice if you see any errors appearing on the console tab window at the bottom.

Adding a line of products could have three different distinctions in Opencart; either as a related product or as a non-related product or as a filtered product all from the database. Adding a new product itself does and should not affect SEO.
