Well I guess modsecurity blocked that
and thats why you have a 500 error.
I can't do anything about that. It is the modsec settings
How come it doesn't block those other OCMods

Did you try it with modsec disabled for a moment.

Also temporarily disable modsecurity and see what happens - modsec can be problematic

The only other thing you can do is to get the file from the modification folder and post it here as an attachment. storage/modification/admin/view/template/catalog/product_list.twig Then I can see directly what has been changed in that file by the mod. I forgot the classes are added.
This should work with form group as before I don't know why its not finding that, its a simple line.

Its a standard OCmod.
After install remember to refresh modifications
Any problems let me know.
I only gave it a quick test.
I will make an event version like suggested by straightlight shortly.
There is an error when filtering I will fix it and re upload it.

I really don't know why everyone wants to give this guy a hard time. Try contacting google or microsoft or any number of massive organisations and you will realize you actually cannot do so in a meaningful way. The support here maybe slow, but that's all. Questions do get answered and help is given....
