Well using copy and paste to do the same thing is not a good long term solution, and it's bad customer service to make them wait on the phone. Not sure where you're going, these aren't fraud orders. I took another one myself this morning. The customer said he put in the CVV incorrectly and it got declined. Sure, dynamic content can't be cached - but - crawlers and first time visit page loads aren't usually dynamic driven pages yet. You might want to give it a try, it's interesting. Currently doing load tests on the dev server as I type this.

Well now it's been over 2 months since I changed this code. I have not had one "missing" order since this change, and I have had quite a lot of orders over the last couple months. I'd suggest this change to be made for everyone using SMTP.
