(Solved) Paypal standard order statuses & missing orders

I have just installed paypal standard, tested and appears working OK
However the order shows complete instead of pending or processing. I set the relevent fields as they all showed cancelled as the default..

Do you know why the email shows as having an attachment in the inbox

I have a new install of OC 3.0.3.6
On the contact us form
The email arrives showing in the inbox as having an attachment but it appears to have NO ACTUAL attachment.
Any ideas

OK that worked perfectly for the chrome error
I still do not see success text that message has been sent to store owner
Just Contact Us title as you can see - any thoughts on that
Its working and the email comes through but no success text

Where do you think the http links are coming from as oppose to https

Feel free to test it The email works correctly. When you inspect the success page in chrome the url for the continue button...

Hello
I have an error from chrome saying the submit of the contact form is insecure.
I have done everything required for the entire site to be SSL enabled.
I see someone else has this same error with no adequate response so far.
Version 3.0.3.6

As I said I could not find a workaround I tried every combination of single quotes, double quotes and no quotes If you try it you will see - It saves in every case but completely destroys the code.
