Problem zit een vqmod die je hebt geinstaleerd.
Schakel de geinstaleerde vqmod 1 voor 1 uit tot de fout wegblijft, je weet nu welke vqmod de fout veroorzaakt.
deze is dus niet compatible met jouw winkel.

Those tables are not standard oc database tables.
So better check wich extension is using them.
it is possible you can delete these entrys in the extension, otherwise you can use phpmyadmin to clear these tables.
Select table by ticking box in front of table, scrol down en select clear.

Inderdaad in de admin tabje extensies daaronder zie je verzend methoden.
open deze, kijk in het scherm welke methodes aktief staan.
bekijk deze door rechts op wijzigen te klikken.
dan zie je de verzendkosten en kun je die wijzigen.
