Layout Issues

Greetings, I am having issues with the viewing of the website (www.iconicfinesse.com) do not know if it is a css issue or extension issue.
The home page, links (About Us, Help, Store Location, Contact Us) disappeared
On Home Page Populer tags are missing; shaded header overlaps the content on some pages
Most pages are blank
Below is the template I purchased and how it should look. I made sure to enable extension on the admin side

Contact theme developer.

Seems like javascript failed or it is hacked.

Thank you both for your assistance..will contact the author of this template issues.
