We're a small B2B business with an outdated, obsolete OSc ecomm site and looking to change. Would appreciate some brutal honest opinion if Opencart is going to fit our needs.

Most likely issues we have to upload roughly 50-70,000 skus. Is there a way to do this?
Managing pricing - can we raise all prices in say a given category be percentage?
Search - how robust?
Attributes - Any chance an easier way than OSc to manage products that have a ton of attributes?
Multi-Store - Not life and death but abilty to management multiple stores from one db?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

It depends. OpenCart is very robust and active development.

I suggest you to try it out first:
