Shipping rates per zone and order total

We have the following shipping policy :

All shipments are sent through DHL Express service to ensure the fastest and the most reliable service to our customers.



For “Specific Country here” Customers:
“Specific City here” city:
Free of charge. Delivery on same day through our delivery employees.


For other cities:
DHL Express (3-5 days):

-- Orders Above 300 USD:
Free of charge delivery.


-- Orders Below 300 USD:
Shipping charges: 30 USD



For Worldwide Customers:
DHL Express (3-5 days):

-- Orders Above 600 USD:
Shipping charges: 30 USD


-- Orders Below 600 USD:
Shipping charges: 60 USD

As long as you can set your shipping rates yourself, Formula-Based Shipping can do this. You can set up rates based on Country, City name, and total, so it should fit all your requirements. For example, if your country was United States and the city you wanted to target was Chicago, you'd set it up like this:

Charge Field: 0-299.99 = 30.00, 300-99999 = 0
Rule: Country is United States
Rule City is not Chicago

CHARGE #3
Title: DHL Express (3-5 Days)
Group: C
Charge Type: Total
Charge Field: 0-599.99 = 60.00, 600-99999 = 30.00
Rule: Country is not United States
