Hello,

Recently started working on a website and I started to have issues with Option Plus and IE8 that started over the weekend. It seems that if an option with an image is selected, it will not swap it out with the main image. Firefox works as intended and I even tested the demo on Qphoria's site with comes up with the same results.

Is there a fix? Or any recomendations, I scoured over the code and didn't see anything.

FWIW I have Internet Explorer 8.0 installed along with Options Plus 1.4.7 and do not have any issues with the main product image switching on the change of the Product Option drop down box.

Is it possible that you do not have JavaScript enabled in Internet Explorer? Just a thought. Try enabling JavaScript.

I just tried it on another computer and still got the same problem, changed settings to medium to enable scripts.

So I am scratching my head again.

Anyone has a quick fix for this? IE6-7-8 don't work at all.

Currently running oc 1.4.8 (new install) with Options Plus 1.4.8.1 (latest)

I have 3 pcs. One of them is running windows 7 with IE8 and Protected Mode Off - no compatibility mode. Another one is running windows xp professional SP2 with IE6 no compatibility mode and the last one has windows xp professional SP3 with IE 7 and no compatibility mode. I also have other computers at my shop all with windows xp pro SP3 with IE8 no compatibility mode and the module doesn't work with IE6-7-8 at all. I could care less about IE6 but IE7 and IE8 is a must. The module works wonderful on firefox, chrome, and opera but unfortunately - a lot of people still use IE...

I've updated the download with a workaround for it. Get it from my site.

Thanks Q,

It works great now. I see that you also fixed the token issue on image_upload. Thanks again for a great module.

Hi,
I have the same problem and have re-downloaded the module, overwrote the existing files but it does not work. Can you please let me know what the changes are and where I download the new files from because it is not obvious. your help would be appreciated.

Go to your account on the qdomain (you'll need to log in with your email/password) and click the "downloads" under "My orders" then select the download and overwrite all the files you currently have

The initial fix was made for 148 only. I assume you are using an older version so I updated 147 and 144 versions as well. Redownload
