I am trying to set up my online store to use the USPS shipping option but am having trouble understanding why certain shipping options are not showing up when I add a product to the cart. I would like to utilize the small, medium and large flat rate options but no matter what dimentions and weight I give the products it still won't give my customers any flat rate options.
I have the products set to pounds and inches, dimentions is 8x10x1, changed the weight many times...
Can someone explain to me what needs to be entered for it give a flat rate option?
