Country zone shipping Error

Country zone and shipping value can be viewed in the check out page but the value is not getting added in the sub total... hence you are requested to kindly state as to how this issue can be solved...

It sounds like you don't have the "Shipping" Order Total enabled, in Extensions > Order Totals.
