I'm at wit's end with the product TOTAL IMPORT PRO!!! For a product that is supposedly so easy to use and works so easily, why am I encountering so many errors. Am not getting any support from developer...

Is there anyone out there...anyone...that can help me figure this out? I'm in desperate need to get my online store launched and this is just delaying me even more!

I would most appreciative for anyone's help as soon as possible.
