Photo upload quality checker or custom option module

Hi all,

Sorry I couldn't think of a better subject for what I need but this is the situation and hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I'm looking for one or the other.

I'm looking for a module that would allow someone to upload a file and add to the product order (like the original file upload option) in opencart but check the quality of the photo to to determine if it's good enough before proceeding to checkout.

The other thing I'm looking for if the first one cannot be done is having a checkbox with text saying "I understand and accept the product will be printed ........ " and them having to check that option before proceeding to checkout. I did try this but there is a character limit.

I don't want to do too much messing around as it's on a live site.

I'm using open cart 3.0.3.2 and want to use OCMOD when dealing with modules.

PS. Would be a Custom Matter, to be solved, Topic has therefore been moved into the commercial Section.
And Modules have 'basically' nothing to do with OcMod, just to have this mentioned as well.
