[vQmod] RAG Status table rows in Admin-Orders

Hi,

I needed to easily see order status' so I've employed a RAG status mechanism (Red/Amber/Green) which colours the rows based on the order Status.

Hope it may be useful to someone else, it should be easy to change status-colour mapping in the vQmod file!
