This seems like a pretty scummy thing for Square to do:

They say it's only for "high risk" businesses, but I don't think anyone really believes that. Hopefully it hasn't affected any OpenCart users.

I've spoken to several of their customers who you wouldn't class as High Risk and it has happened to them via Square UK also.

Payment Processing (Ecommerce / Virtual Terminal / Pay By Link / Card Machines)
Process payments from as low as 0.4%. Next Day Settlement in most cases.
No Setup Fees when quoting OpenCart Forum.
