I am not able to download any free extension from marketplace. When i click to download extension its refresh and nothing happens.
It's a known issue with multiple websites. Try with another browser and see if the issue persists.

Try some other browsers. I have the same issue and resolved when I used the Safari browser.
You may also try Firefox, Opera, and safari. Just not stick only to chrome.
