Hi,
some of my customers are having problems logging into their accounts. this is the error that comes up

Notice: Undefined index: customers_password in /home/airbrush/public_html/shopping/system/library/customer.php on line 113Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/airbrush/public_html/shopping/index.php:92) in /home/airbrush/public_html/shopping/system/engine/controller.php on line 27
I also have problems for people being bounced off the website. any help will be appreciated.

That code's not part of OpenCart. You'll have to contact whoever did the modifications for support.

It's been modified at some point whether it was a third-party extension/theme/modification, your host, or you got hacked. If you check the source for 1.4.9.3 you'll see the variable 'customers_password' isn't anywhere in /system/library/customer.php (or in any version of OpenCart, to my knowledge) and line 113 is empty.

hi,
do you know where I can see an original source file please. I have a blank line 27 . I also cant find the variables in the source I have so I am not sure where this has come from.

It looks like customers_password is from osCommerce or ZenCart.

I used to use oscommerce but updated to opencart in march. It has worked ok until now. it only affects new customers and has only been a problem in the last 4 to 5 days.
