I would suggest changing your password now since anyone viewing this thread can see it.
Make sure you do not have any spaces within your password. This usually happens when using copy / paste.
If this doesn't work, contact your hosting company and they should be able to view the server logs and point you in the right direction.

Is there update for this script ? " ..i2Paq wrote:You must have some incorrect settings.

Can't Opencart developer check all this before rolling out the updates.. such a horrible thing to dig into all this all time.
This isn't an Opencart error. It's a hosting error.Sinto001 wrote:For Port 25 for SMTP I am getting even complex error.EvolveWebHosting wrote:You should probably be using Port 25. Not 2525Sinto001 wrote:Also I am getting error for SMTP port 2525

Contact your web host support party and request the right port number. Port 2525 provides an invalid username or password error which I believe would be the right port number setting compared to port 25 which provides a time out response. As for port 2525, if you do not remember the username or password, you could also add this inquiry to your support ticket request.Sinto001 wrote:For Port 25 for SMTP I am getting even complex error.EvolveWebHosting wrote:You should probably be using Port 25. and it says that mail library has changed and new fix similar to this one is required.
Have you tried the suggested fix? If it takes care of the issue, great. If not, I still believe it's a server related issue.Sinto001 wrote:I have contacted them already but they told me already that its not their problem..

A Range of worldwide Server IP's are globally 'indexed', and so banned from doing certain 'Things'.
Therefore, if an OpenCart Site is located/placed under/on such a SERVER IP, Mail-Hosters such as
Google/Hotmail/GMX e.t.c., may refuse, by Default, such Connections, and Hosters have to follow
certain rules, and agreements, in order to 're-allow' such IP's again, to access their network.
Meaning: If one, by chance, has a Site hosted in such a Place, one could be in trouble. One
could check on such, by searching the Shop Server IP for possible spammer ip blacklist
Results !
Just to mention it !
