I have integrated the payfast module extension into my website and also entered my merchant ID and merchant key but when i go to the checkout page the payfast option to pay doesnt display at all?

What currency you are using , if in payfast module model file is set array of currencies and you are using diferrent one, you will not see the payment option. or you simply installed the module not correctly 
or maybe you assigned this payment to X geo zone? or changed totaL TO BE REACHED
