global iris realex

Hi,
im using the realex payment module which comes in default with opencart v2. but after setting up all the settings when i try to run a test on the website.. i get " sha1hash incorrect - check your code and the Developers Documentation"
can anyone tell me what is causing this issue?
would really appreciate it.

Thanks for your query. In order for me to better assist you could you please PM me your Realex Payments / Global Iris Client ID.

A hashing error is usually caused by an incorrect Shared Secret being entered in the OpenCart configuration. Your account manager will be able to confirm the Shared Secret with you. Please note that it is case sensitive.
