Visa Payment

Is there a method for VISA Payment as the customer enters his data and will be saved on his account then he could pay from his visa?

I wouldn't recommend storing card details unless you know what you're doing.

To accept credit cards you could use PayPal Pro.

If you want something where you can let customers store credit card details, but you don't have to store them on your server, both Stripe (stripe.com) and Braintree (braintreepayments.com) allow you to do that. I have payment gateways for both of them:
