how to export v 2.0 shipping details (receiver address , phone )* from c panel admin

I saw 4 options have
oc_shipping
oc_shipping_description
oc_shipping_statement
oc_shipping_statement _description

i select oc_shipping_description > export > Custom - display all possible options > CVS for MS Excel
1-but only show me the date 2018 only ,do not till up to date 2019 ,
2-and the column show til no 51 only ,i have more than
mi select wrong ?
