Open Cart Version : Version 2.0.3.1

I have Enabled the store credit option under order totals. But when a customer with store credit checkouts, the credit does not appear on the total.
Am i missing something? I am new to open cart. Please help

I don’t think you are missing something, but I think you added something.

If you are sure that a credit exists and you are sure that you added it to totals and you are sure you refreshed all cache (including modifications / browser / server / theme) is cleared and have no modules effecting this - you should contact your theme developer.

You could try to turning off the theme and disabling any extensions that might be connected - test -
Turning them on one by one and know what the issue is caused by.
