Opencart forms do not appear to be working...

Hello
When I try and register a new account, enter the details and click continue, I get sent to the following blank page:
http://www.machine-knitting.co.uk/index ... t/register

When I use the contact us form, I get sent to the following blank page:
http://www.machine-knitting.co.uk/index ... on/contact

Can anybody help? Is there something I need to set up?

Have fixed, was a problem with my mail settings!
