Hello everyone, hope all is well.

I'm having an issue which I am hoping someone can help me with. I'm testing an order and when I cancel it, as in mark the status cancelled, even without choosing "Notify customer" it triggers an order confirmation email to the customer.

Is this expected...or a bug? How do I prevent the email being sent if i change order to cancelled...or even send an email with cancelled in subject line etc. ?

All the other notify (or not) customer emails work as far as i can tell.

The same happens for when I refund.

The email says I have received a new order but with the correct status. I feel like the wrong email is being triggered somewhere. I'd rather it say the order has been updated to the following status etc...
